• Our mission is to:

• Protect and preserve farmlands and associated agricultural, natural and cultural features in the Greater Victoria region for the benefit of current and future generations;
• Research and educate the public about the value, management, use and protection of farmlands and associated agricultural, natural and cultural features;
• Relieve poverty in the Greater Victoria region by operating and supporting programs that provide food from local farms to persons in need; and,
• Promote public awareness and interest in the importance of local sustainable agriculture and food security.
